Arbor House is situated on the lagoon and
only 4 min walk to the beach, restaurants and the quaint village of Wilderness

We are ideally situated to explore and enjoy the many attractions of the
Garden Route and Little Karoo. The Garden Route stretches between the Indian
ocean and the magnificent Outeniqua and Tsitsikamma mountains. It is a visual
feast of lagoons, lakes, ocean, mountains and indigenous forests. A short drive
inland lies the semi-arid Little Karoo, especially noted for its ostrich farming
and Cango caves at Oudtshoorn. You may choose between playing a round of golf at
one of our world class golf courses, or take a scenic drive through the forest
or mountain passes, go hiking, canoeing, fishing or swimming. Make Arbor House
your base from which to visit Knysna, Plettenberg Bay, Mossel Bay, Oudtshoorn
and George, and return home to relax and watch the afternoon sun setting over
