LOCATION

The house is situated on the upper slopes of Scott Estate in the small fishing village of Hout Bay which is at the southern end of Cape Peninsula.
The house boasts a breathtaking 180 degree view of the Bay and surrounding mountains.
Hout Bay has many popular tourist attractions such as Mariners Wharf, the World of Birds and the well known haunted restaurant Kronendal.

There are numerous restaurants and bistros in and around the Bay and the shopping center has all necessary conveniences such as supermarkets, banks, chemists etc.

RESIDENCE

The house has been constructed so as to take advantage of the magnificent view; hence it has almost an entire glass frontage.
The house sleeps six, is fully furnished and equipped and consists of:

  • Three bedrooms with the main bedroom en suite
  • All bedrooms have adequate cupboard space
  • Separated shower and w/c for the other bedrooms
  • Lounge and dining room equipped with eight-seater dining room suite
  • Kitchen with micro wave, washing machine and tumble drier, fridge/freezer and most kitchen requirements.
  • TV with M-Net and sound system in the lounge .
  • Outside entertainment area featuring a bar and swimming pool.

TARIFFS FOR LETTING

High Season (December & March) :  R2000,00 per day
Low Season : R1000,00 per day

NOTE:

Rates are quoted in South African Rand and for a minimum stay of three days available for daily weekly or monthly basis.
Thrice weekly service of the house is included
